Ascend Physical Therapy

Ascend Physical Therapy is taking additional precautions by cleaning our equipment thoroughly multiple times per day, wearing masks as recommended, and washing our hands and treatment surfaces between all patient contact. There is a need for those in pain and recovering to receive care and restore quality of life, and we are here for you. We are also offering telehealth sessions to allow us to maintain plan of care with those who are not comfortable leaving their homes.
