Hi! My name is Bruce. I am excited to bring my Home Inspection expertise to the Pikes Peak Region! My admiration for the mountains and Colorado’s great outdoors brought me back here from Michigan last year.
“Because I Care…” began in Michigan because I wanted to make a difference in the quality of Service, Skills and Knowledge for the Home Inspection industry. I have over 10 years of quality, Certified Home Inspector Services experience and offer this same friendly, detailed and informative Home Inspections here in the Pikes Peak Region.
I have also worked in the insurance liability inspection industry conducting over 4,000 property inspections, became a Certified FEMA Disaster Inspection, attained OSHA-30 Construction Safety from OSHA and currently a member of IIBEC (International Interior Building Envelope Consultants). I currently possess a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) Certification from InterNACHI.
