One of the ways we can reduce the risk is by continuing to adhere to the social distancing requirements during showings, inspections, and closings. For our sellers, we want to try to reduce the number of people allowed in the home at one time. Eliminating overlapping showings with multiple agents and multiple buyers, and by providing sanitizer and disposable gloves near the front door also help to reduce the risk of spreading of anything, including Covid-19. 

We can also look at houses on your behalf, and thoroughly film and evaluate a property (with the owner and listing agent’s permission) and send you detailed videos showing the layout, the condition, and anything else you might deem necessary to make a purchase decision.
