We have converted new client paperwork to secure HIPAA compliant online format! For safety, we are seeing most of our clients via TeleHealth! Every patient has a patient portal to communicate with the office Securely and from the comfort of your home.  We do continue to have some on site office visits if needed.  Screening of each client prior to entry into office. All employees with PPE.  All clients asked to wear masks. Scheduled visits with clients spaced out so not more than one client per provider at a time. Extra cleaning protocols after each client.
